I’m a little late with wishing Happy Thanksgiving but I guess it’s better late than never! I hope you are thankful for everything in your life, even for reading this :P. I won’t bother you with a list of everything I’m thankful for since it is all the usual stuff.
Christmas will be here soon and so will New Year’s Eve. Then it is time for coming up with new things for your New Year’s resolutions list that you want to change with yourself and your life, bad habits for example. Everyone has them and they are most likely to be the first on the list.
So I thought; why not do something about them, starting right now? If you start now, you will have a bigger chance to actually keep your bad habits resolutions!
How do I start? I’m a frequent reader of lifehack.org and they recently posted a very thoughtful post about How to Quit a Bad Habit by Answering Four Power Questions. It is definetly worth reading if you want a helpful push in the right direction.
My habit? I’m an chocolate addict! :P And I plan to reduce my chocolate eating to a minimum. I love chocolate so I won’t stop eating it completely!
